Rayenne Chen

Ms. Chen is responsible for forming key investor partnerships across EQT Exeter’s real estate investment funds and accounts.

She is a member of the Investment Committees of EQT Exeter’s industrial funds. A member of the founding team in 2006, Ms. Chen has raised $20 billion in investor equity commitments with more than 100 investor partners. She has held roles in industrial, office, and multifamily acquisition analysis, debt procurement, dispositions, and marketing during her real estate career.

Ms. Chen holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the Univ. of Pennsylvania and an AB from Harvard University.
