Peggy Poon joined EQT Partners in March 2022 as COO for EQT Foundation.

Prior to joining EQT, Peggy was the head of Microsoft for Startups in the Nordics and she previously worked as a technical consultant at IBM. Peggy is the founder of Time to Raise and has accelerated early stage women-led startups to raise over €20 million.

Peggy holds a masters degree in Computer & Systems Science from Stockholm University. She has also been listed on Forbes 30 under 30 for Social Impact.
