Naza Metghalchi

Experience
Holding a BA from King’s College London in European Studies and a MSc in Management from the London School of Economics, Naza began her career holding commercial positions at travel tech startup onefinestay (later acquired by AccorHotels) before running the accelerator program at Founders Factory.

Before joining EQT Ventures, Naza was a project consultant at Index Ventures, where she worked on compiling the most comprehensive research on stock options in European startups and building an app for entrepreneurs based on her research.

As a Venture Lead at EQT Ventures, Naza is responsible for sourcing and assessing early stage UK deals. She speaks fluent French and English, and is conversational in Farsi and Spanish.

You can usually find Naza organising a dinner party or listening to podcasts while traveling between London and Paris.
