Marc Brown

Marc Brown joined EQT Partners in October 2020 as Partner and Head of EQT Growth.

Prior to joining EQT, Marc was at Microsoft for over 20 years where he was most recently Corporate Vice President of Corporate Development. Having overseen Microsoft’s M&A and strategic investment activities, leading more than 185 acquisitions (including LinkedIn, GitHub and Minecraft) and 80 strategic equity investments (including Flipkart, Databricks and Graphcore), Marc has vast experience across the technology industry.

Marc holds an AB in Economics from Colgate University, an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
