Claes has 18 years of experience within cement production in Africa and Sweden, development climate cements, electrification, CO2 capture, as well as working with HYBRIT.

‍Paul Sandberg. PhD in Building Materials
Paul is an entrepreneur and inventor based in the US with more than 12 US patents and a large global research network in the field of cement and concrete. Paul has experience in several startups including Carbon Cure, a Canadian company supported by Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and Calmetrix, US where Paul is currently an owner and VP.

Oscar Hållén, CEO
LL.M. University of Chicago (Fulbright), Scaling teams, within fintech, public affairs, and legal and regulatory. Oscar brings 20 years of unique experiences from three very different vantage points. Most recently, from the fintech giant Klarna, at which he as VP & GC scaled and executed global growth strategies launching new products on new markets.

In addition, Oscar provides Cemvision with extensive policy insights from several years as a speechwriter to the Swedish Prime Minister and working with corporate affairs at Microsoft. Oscar also brings key learnings from his time at Altor Equity Partners and practicing bank and asset finance at a global law firm in New York City and Stockholm.


Max Larsson von Reybekiel, CCO/CMO
Startup growth, business design and development, B2B marketing, and innovation. Max contributes to the team with deep strategic experience from the tech ecosystem and impact sector.

He has been operating leading startups in various stages within the fields of strategy, marketing, and brand building. After several years as the Creative Director at Klarna, he helped start and launch Norrsken Foundation as well as co-founding Norrsken House. Max has spent the last seven years working solely with impact tech startups.
